These terms cover this website. They are separate from a client’s Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, proposal, or service schedule.
Website information
This website describes Shenridge Technology, LLC and its services. Descriptions, prices, availability, and examples are general information; they don’t create a service commitment on their own.
Client agreements control
Your services are governed by the signed proposal, Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, service schedule, vendor commitments, and other written terms that apply. If this website says something different from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Service availability
Routine support, maintenance, and project work are scheduled Monday–Friday 4–8 PM and Saturday 9 AM–3 PM Eastern, excluding federal holidays. Other times must be arranged in advance. Automated monitoring and any contracted security-provider service do not include a continuously staffed general IT support service. Your signed agreement sets the response targets, included tasks, and any separately arranged coverage.
Pricing and third-party costs
Pricing is TBD during this website preview and will be confirmed before launch. Hardware, software, cloud services, licenses, taxes, shipping, travel, and other providers’ charges may be billed separately. Vendor prices and availability can change.
Website availability
This website is provided as available. Shenridge does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every page will always be available.
Intellectual property
You may not copy or redistribute Shenridge’s branding, site design, original writing, graphics, or proprietary materials for commercial use without permission, except where the law allows it.
Third-party services
This website may load or link to another company’s services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Virginia law
These website terms are governed by applicable Virginia law. They do not override a separate governing-law provision in a signed client agreement.
