Client agreements control
Your services are governed by the accepted quote, proposal, vendor commitments, and other written terms that apply. If this website says something different from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Support visits and project work are arranged by appointment, generally in the evenings and on weekends. Appointments depend on availability. Shenridge does not provide on-call or guaranteed emergency coverage. The written job agreement sets the work and timing.
Pricing and third-party costs
An hourly rate or project price is confirmed in the quote before work is agreed. Hardware, software, cloud services, licenses, taxes, shipping, travel, and other providers’ charges may be billed separately. Vendor prices and availability can change.

This website is provided as available. Shenridge does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every page will always be available.
Intellectual property
