Camera setup and maintenance.
- Project Planning
Plan camera coverage, equipment, storage, the installation schedule, and who handles each part of the job.
- Camera & NVR Configuration
Set up supported business cameras and recording systems as listed in your project quote.
- Network Integration
Plan the switches, Power over Ethernet (PoE), IP addresses, and network capacity the cameras need.
- Segmentation & Access
Keep camera traffic separate and set up supported remote viewing and admin access.
- Installation Coordination
Before accepting installation or maintenance, we’ll confirm licensing requirements, cabling, mounting, access, and responsibility for the work. Licensed specialists handle work that requires them.
- Documentation & Maintenance
We’ll provide the agreed records and show you how to use the system. Ongoing health checks and maintenance are quoted separately. This service doesn’t include watching live camera feeds.

On-site visits are by appointment. Other weekend project times can be arranged in advance.
RidgeManage includes 24/7 NOC monitoring. Routine support follows our published hours. Outside-hours help depends on availability and an agreed rate.
