Keep up with device health, software updates, security tools, and maintenance. Monitoring tools send alerts when they detect problems, and RidgeManage includes 24/7 NOC monitoring. Routine maintenance and support are scheduled during our published hours.
Services
What we can look after.
- Device Health & Alerts
Monitoring checks your covered computers and other listed systems while they’re connected. Alert handling follows your agreement, including 24/7 NOC monitoring with RidgeManage.
- Vulnerability & Patch Management
Manage Windows and approved app updates, with routine checks and maintenance scheduled around your business. Separate vulnerability assessments and larger remediation work are quoted as needed.
- Security Baseline
Endpoint protection, MFA where supported, secure admin access, and supported system settings for the equipment in your plan.
- Backup Health Monitoring
Monitoring plans include health checks for supported backup jobs. RidgeManage adds backup and recovery checks for the systems in your agreement. Backup licenses, storage, and restoration projects are separate costs unless listed as included.
- Documentation & Planning
Keep records of your covered equipment and settings, with recommendations for upgrades or other work that’s needed.
- Scheduled Remote Assistance
Remote help for covered systems during support hours, limited to the tasks or allowance in your plan. Extra support is quoted separately.

Your quote lists the systems, services, and support allowance included. Individual services are also available through RidgeChoice.

On-site visits are by appointment. Other weekend project times can be arranged in advance.
RidgeManage includes 24/7 NOC monitoring. Routine support follows our published hours. Outside-hours help depends on availability and an agreed rate.
