RidgeChoice lets you choose individual services or combine them into a project or ongoing arrangement. Many services in the Ridge plans are also available this way, so you don’t have to buy a full plan to get help.

- Project-Only Work
Hire Shenridge for a migration, equipment setup, assessment, network upgrade, or another IT project.
- Individual Services
Choose a specific task or combine Microsoft 365, network, computer, security, backup, or camera services.
- Scheduled Assistance
Book remote help or an on-site visit during service hours, with the work and rate agreed beforehand.
- Advice & Assessments
Get help deciding on equipment, understanding a technical risk, or working out what to improve next.
- Custom Combinations
Combine the one-time work and recurring services you need into one quote.
- Other Requests
Have a larger project or something that isn’t listed? Ask us. We’ll talk through the work, timing, and whether we can take it on.
How We Can Work Together
One project or ongoing help.
Projects are quoted separately. Monitoring, maintenance, or account administration can be part of an ongoing plan where needed. Your agreement lists the systems, tasks, and support hours included.

On-site visits are by appointment. Other weekend project times can be arranged in advance.
RidgeManage includes 24/7 NOC monitoring. Routine support follows our published hours. Outside-hours help depends on availability and an agreed rate.
